Child Safety Standards

Last updated: June 26, 2026

Indian Caucus of Secaucus ("we," "us," or "our"), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, operates a community website and app (the "Services"). The safety of children is one of our highest priorities. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

This page sets out our standards against CSAE, how we enforce them, and how to report a concern. These standards apply to everyone who uses the Services.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the Services:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, videos, text, or links.
  • Sexualization of minors, grooming, or any attempt to solicit, facilitate, or arrange sexual contact with a minor.
  • Sexual extortion ("sextortion"), trafficking, or any exploitation of a minor.
  • Sharing or requesting sexual content involving anyone under 18.
  • Any other content or behavior that endangers a child.

2. How we prevent and respond

  • In-app reporting. Every post, photo, listing, message, and profile can be reported from within the app. Reports go to our moderation team.
  • Blocking. Members can block other members to stop all contact.
  • Human moderation. Our moderators review reported content and may remove it, suspend, or permanently ban the account responsible.
  • Account removal. Any account involved in CSAE is removed immediately and permanently.
  • Community guidelines. Our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service prohibit this conduct and govern enforcement.

3. Reporting to authorities

We comply with all applicable child-safety laws. When we become aware of apparent CSAM, we remove it and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline, and we cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local authorities or call 911 right away. You can also report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.

4. Report a child safety concern to us

If you encounter content or behavior on our Services that may involve the abuse or exploitation of a child, please report it immediately:

We review reports of child endangerment as a top priority and act promptly.

5. Compliance

These standards are part of our commitment to comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and Apple's App Store guidelines, and with applicable laws protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation. We review and update these standards as needed.
