Our community thrives on respect. By using the Indian Caucus of Secaucus app you agree to these guidelines.
Be respectful
Treat everyone with kindness. No harassment, bullying, threats, or personal attacks.
No hate speech
No content that attacks or demeans people based on religion, caste, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
Keep it safe
No violent, graphic, sexual, or otherwise objectionable content. This is a family community.
No spam or scams
No spam, repetitive posts, misleading links, solicitation, or fraudulent activity.
Respect privacy
Don’t share anyone’s personal information (phone, address, etc.) without their consent.
Stay legal
No illegal activity, sale of prohibited goods, or content that infringes others’ rights.
Only post what’s yours
Only share content you created or have the right to share. Don’t post others’ photos, copyrighted material, or trademarks without permission.
Trade safely
For rentals, jobs, marketplace listings, and meetups: the app is just a place to connect — we don’t screen or endorse members or listings. Do your own due diligence, never send money before verifying the other party, meet in public places, and report anything suspicious.
Authentic accounts
One account per person. Don’t impersonate others. You must be 13 or older to use the app.
How we enforce this
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Public posts, comments, and listings are screened automatically and may be reviewed by our team. Anyone can report content or a member (you’ll be asked for a reason), and you can block any member so you no longer see them. Reported content goes to our team for review — we act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours, removing it and ejecting the member who provided it when warranted. Violations result in a warning; after three violations an account is automatically suspended, and serious violations may be removed or suspended immediately.
These guidelines are part of our Terms of Service. Your private end-to-end-encrypted messages are not readable or screened by us, but harmful behavior reported to us is still actionable.
